It is my great pleasure to share what a positive experience it has been to have Paul Kidumae involved in our recent purchase of a home, and the sale of our existing property. We were unaware of how much was involved in both the purchase and sale. Paul made the process much less daunting.
We have been searching for the perfect home on and off for two years. During that time, Paul made himself available to show us all homes that included our requirements. He was attentive to our needs, and sent all relevant MLS listings to us via e-mail. The paperwork, seemingly never-ending, was explained to us in detail, and Paul shared whatever resources he had (i.e. Mortgage Broker, Lawyer, Insurance Agent, etc.) to help us through completion of our purchase and sale.
Paul definitely goes the extra mile. He has created a 100 step action plan for selling a home and will create a seller’s package that is customized to the particular property. After dealing with 3 other realtors who never seemed to listen to what we really wanted, we came across your name from "justlisted.ca". Upon first contacting you, we were most impressed with how quick you were to respond to our request to view some properties (which we were not used to from other realtors) and after our first meeting we were equally impressed with how friendly and helpful you were. It was a first for us to finally have a realtor that listened to us and showed us only the properties we were interested in and the quick response time to any requests we had was a phenomenal bonus. As a selling realtor we loved the way you advertised our house in so many different places so that we never had an issue with the amount of people that came to look at the house. Your advertising of it on the FM radio frequency was particularly clever. We would not hesitate in recommending your services to anyone as you are by far the most organized and accommodating realtor we have ever met.

Since 1992, I owned and lived in my studio apartment for about 15 years and around the middle of 2006, the time had come to consider moving.
So who should I call I asked myself. Well, I remember my former husband saying that he was extremely happy with the agent he used several years ago and he highly recommended him. That guy is Paul Kiidumae.
So, I decide to "CallPaul"...that's his slogan. He impressed me; however for the next 6 months, I still couldn't make up my mind if I really wanted to do this. It was going to be a huge financial leap. Yikes!
And so when 2007 rolled around, one day I just said "That's it, I'm selling and buying a new place".
I gave Paul a list of things I wanted and didn't want in a new home. Poor Paul...he had to work a miracle. The new apartment had to be a 1 bedroom and den, get some sun exposure, have in-suite laundry, top floor, corner unit if possible, NO NOISE, move in condition, no where near visitor parking or the gate, and on and on....
Well after seeing a number of places and going through some ups and downs and finally almost giving up, he phoned and said something came up.
So off we went to see it and yes, it was perfect. The place was only nine years old, 1 bedroom and den, in Port Moody, had a gas fireplace, in-suite laundry, huge bedroom with vaulted ceiling, face south onto a green belt and it was SUPER QUIET.
So I said, "Let's put in an offer" and just as we were going to, we find out that someone else was putting in an offer too. No!!! So in order to ensure I get the property, my agent said we should offer more than the asking. So a day later, I found out that I beat out the competition.
OK...now I just have to sell my little studio but who's going to buy it, I thought. This is when the stress started.
It’s a great starter for someone young as the place is close to transit, the mall, restaurants, etc. You can hear the buzz, literally.
So my agent did a lot to try to sell my place by getting a virtual tour done, adding my property to a variety of websites and doing some nice promotional flyers and advertising. Let's just say that he did a lot of work in order to get that little studio to sell. And I'm happy to report, it sold to a young lady in her early twenties just starting out in the real estate market. It reminds me of when I first bought that place. I was only 22. It's funny how history is repeating itself.
So if anyone wants a great realtor that is trustworthy, honest, hard worker, and really patient with picky people like me, just "CallPaul" at 604-841-0443.
I first met Paul at my former residence “the Sonrisa” in Port Moody, BC. Although, I was not interested in selling my condo at that time, I asked him if he could add me to his e-mail contact list and when I was ready to sell, he would be the first person I would call.
In February of 2007, Paul got the call.
Upon listing, Paul was not only dealing with myself as the owner, but with two of my family members, who were looking after my affairs for me. I signed up for a real estate service online because although my 'husband' was not ready to look for houses, I was aware of what was happening in the market and thought that if we didn't get in now, we never would.
I started receiving e-mails from Paul that matched the criteria I had entered. After over 6 months of sending me e- mails, and us never responding, I finally convinced Mike that it was time.
When I called Paul, he knew exactly who I was. He was easy to talk to, and answered all our questions (which as first time buyers, we had quite a lot!) Despite us being difficult clients because what I wanted and what Mike wanted were two completely different things, he found us a place that we could both agree on. Part of Mike's fear of looking at houses was that someone would try and sell him something he didn't want Paul never made him (or I) feel pressure to buy.
